Director

Hi, my name is Gokce, and I am the Director of Keystone Montessori School. I am a dedicated early childhood educator and leader with a deep passion for nurturing young minds. Since beginning my professional journey in 2016, I’ve done my best to bring warmth, creativity, and intention into every educational space I’ve had the opportunity to enter. My path led me to Keystone Montessori School, where I first embraced the Montessori philosophy as a classroom educator and have since grown into a leadership role supporting children, staff and families.

As Director, I lead with empathy, clarity, and intentional guidance. I am committed to fostering a school culture that supports emotional intelligence, independence, and meaningful connection. I believe in empowering educators, building strong family partnerships, and ensuring every child feels seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. My leadership balances structure with compassion, always centering the needs of the child.

I am honored to be part of a school that values the whole child, and I continue to strengthen my leadership in early childhood education to better serve this community each day. I look forward to welcoming your family into our community at Keystone and supporting your child’s learning journey.
